✅ Printing – We provide printing services for all wedding invitations. Printing charges are as per the product customer will choose. It can vary on the quantity of the product.

✅ Customer Must Fill Ceremony Details – A form will be provided on the website where customers must enter all details for printing.

🚫 No Changes After Proof Finalization– Once the Proof Final, the content will go directly to print without any corrections, or modifications.

 🚫 No Customization – Customers can only choose from the available designs, colors, and formats.  All cards are sold as per displayed. We do not modify any designs, colors, or card sizes.

 🚫 Customer Responsibility for Errors – Spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, or any other errors entered by the customer will not be corrected by us. Ensure all details are correct before submitting the form.

Order Processing, Modifications and Cancellations

✅ Order Processing – Orders are processed only after full payment is received. Processing time varies based on design and order quantity.

🚫 No Changes After Form Submission – Once the customer submits the form, no modifications (text, quantity, shipping address, etc.) can be made.

 🚫 No Cancellation for Acrylic and Mirror Cards – Orders with acrylic or mirror elements cannot be canceled or modified after placement.

✅ Cancellations Before Production – Allowed with a 20% cancellation fee.

🚫 No Cancellation After Printing/Dispatch – Once printing has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

🚫 No Returns Accepted – Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

✅ Exchanges Allowed ONLY If: The
wrong product was sent.

The product was damaged in transit (see Section 7 for proof requirements).

🚫 No Refunds for Personalized Items – Printed invitations with customer-provided text cannot be exchanged or refunded.
